Mr. Trevor Othniel McConney April 6, 1936 - August 25, 2008 Trevor (COACH) Othniel McConney 1936-2008 Passed away into the hands of his Lord encircled by loved ones Beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, teacher, coach and friend. His life and legacy will be celebrated by his wife of 42 years Lee, daughter Cheryl and son in law Laurence, son Sean and daughter in law Sherri, grandchildren Nehemiah Trevor James and Adrienne Kensington and the many students he influenced while teaching at G.W Williams in Aurora from 1972-1996. Trevor is survived by sisters Hyacinth and Sylvia, brothers Mark and Courtenay and predeceased by brother Irvine. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society-Pancreatic Cancer or Southlake Regional Hospital Cancer Ward. Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 28 and Friday, August 29 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. each day at HIGHLAND FUNERAL HOME, MARKHAM CHAPEL, 10 Cachet Woods Ct, (NE Corner of 16th Ave & Hwy 404). Funeral service will be held on Saturday August 30, at 10 am in the Chapel of Highland Funeral Home. Interment to follow. Reception follows interment at Highland Funeral Home, Markham Chapel.
