WEATHERDON, Lionel September 28, 1928 - October 01, 2004 Peacefully with his family by his side on Friday, October 1, 2004. Lionel Weatherdon at the age of 76. Beloved husband of Inez Muldoon. Loving and proud father of Gary (Kathy), Greg (Janice), David (Ann), Darcy, Lorraine (Karim), and Lindsay (Suzanne). Most cherished grandfather of 14 grandchildren; Krista, Nick, Brent, Greg, Amanda, Kristopher, Nick, Brendan, Dennis, Matthew, Victoria, Marshall, Julia and Timothy. Cherished brother of Lillian Robillard (Ed). Predeceased by his parents Lemuel and Gertrude Weatherdon, and his brother Frank Weatherdon (Marion). Beloved uncle to many nieces and nephews. Fondly remembered by many other family and friends. Many thanks to the caring staff at the Ottawa Hospital, General Campus, for their wonderful care. Lionel will be remembered for his warmth, great sense of humour, loyalty, strong family values, and most of all for being a great husband, dad and grandfather. Friends may pay their respects at Kelly Funeral Home, 1255 Walkley Road (east of Bank) Sunday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Tuesday to Resurrection of Our Lord Church for Mass of Christian Funeral at 11 a.m. Interment Capital Memorial Gardens.
