BOURGON, Albert J. - 1937-2008 - The family announces with great sorrow his passing in the comfort of his own home on Monday, August 18, 2008 at the age of 71 years. Loving husband of Annie-May. Dear father of David Bourgon of Toronto. Step- father of Karl Heins of Timmins, Karen Heins of Smith Falls, Monika Heins (fiancé Jodi) of Perth and Doris (Don) Tremblay of Timmins. Grandfather to Jean-Guy, Jesse, David, Brett, Zachary, Randi and Joshua all of Timmins. Survived by his brothers Montcalm (Therese) of Timmins, Harvey (Elizabeth) of Timmins and sisters Noella (Ernie) Doyle of Shelburne, Shirley Clement (friend Jean Paul) of Matheson as well as a brother-in-law Jim Hamilton (Katherine) of Bracebridge. He will be missed by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Rene & Leona, his first wife Betty and his siblings Alphonse, Emile, Andy, Adelia and Colette. Albert was a long time employee with Kidd Creek Mine. He enjoyed dancing, bowling with the seniors club. Loved spending time and fishing at his camp at Minakwa Lodge. He will be sadly missed by many friends there. Memorial service will be held on Thursday, August 21, 2008 at 10:30 a.m. from the MIRON- WILSON FUNERAL CHAPEL (Rev. Darlene Hardy officiating). Interment at Timmins Memorial Cemetery will follow. Remembrance donations to the Daffodil Lodge or Timmins & District Hospital - Dialysis Unit would be appreciated.
