COOLING, Hannah Victoria - The family of Hannah sadly announces the birth and passing of Hannah Victoria. Hannah was born of July 16, 2008 and passed away 5 1/2 weeks later on August 24, 2008. She was the proud daughter of Matt Cooling and Victoria Standish-Irwin. First grandchild of Simon and Valerie Cooling and second grandchild of Wendy Standish and Tom Irwin. Second great grandchild of Lorne Irwin and third to Dorothy Standish. Niece of Angela and Curtis, Sarah and Chevy, Racheal and James and Craig. Friends will be received at the NISBETT FUNERAL HOME AND CHAPEL (600 Monaghan Rd. S.) on Thursday, August 28, 2008 from 6-8 p.m. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, August 29, 2008 at 2 p.m. at Mark St. United Church (90 Hunter St. E.). Interment to follow at Rosemount Memorial Gardens. In memory of Hannah, donations may be made to the Kingston General Hospital (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit). 11216008
