AnnaBelle Cusack of Riverview passed away unexpectedly at her residence on Saturday September 6, 2008 at the age of 57. AnnaBelle was retired from the Moncton Hospital as a ward clerk with over 33 years service to the health care profession. Following her retirement, she remained committed to caring for others and was employed part time at Grass Nursing Home in Riverview and the St. George Street After Hours Clinic. She was a member of the Riverview Baptist Church, where she was very active with music. She will be sadly missed and forever remembered by her daughter Meaghan Cusack of Keswick Ridge, her father Richard L. Smith of Salisbury, brothers; Howard Smith (Debby) of Hillsborough, Richard (Rick) Smith (Ruth) of Salisbury, aunts; Mrs. Harold Lloyd (Betty), Mrs. Bertha Doak, Mrs. Margaret Dudley and uncle George Amos, several cousins, nieces and nephews She was predeceased by her mother Olive L. (Amos) Smith. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday September 9 at 3:00 PM from Cobb's Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 330 Whitepine Road, Riverview (869-2007), with Rev. Jonathan Gorham officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM until the time of service on Tuesday at the funeral home. Donations to The Friends of the Moncton Hospital Foundation, the Riverview Baptist Church or the Alzheimer's Society would be appreciated by the family.
