LACHAPELLE, Lucien - It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Mr. Lucien Lachapelle in his 85th year.Cherished father to Jacqueline (Rod Stinton), Ronald, Dorothy (Don Owens), Nicole Hamilton, Rose- Helene (Francois Desjardins), Lise (James Mott), Judith (Robert Bond), Christian (Rejeanne Brisson), Lorraine (KenViitamaki), Larry (Marilyn Raeburn), Anna Lachapelle,Gerry Lachapelle and Daughter-In-Law Claudette Aubin St. Pierre. Lucien was predeceased by his wife Anita (Bernier), son Leo and daughter Noella. Mr. Lachappelle is survived by his brothers; Leonel (Lorraine), Roger (Emelie Landrieault), Rejean, his sisters; Rita Lachapelle (Carson) and Rollande Smith. He will be fondly remembered by his Brothers and Sisters-In-Law; Gloria and Leo Dupont, Jeanne Mance Fluet Bernier, Helena Dupuis, Maurice Bernier, and Jean Dennis Massicotte. Mr. Lachapelle will be remembered always by his many Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Following Mr. Lachapelle's wishes, cremation has taken place. Relatives and Friends may call the WELLAND FUNERAL HOME, 827 East Main St, on Wednesday August 27th , from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. A Memorial service will be held to honour the life of Lucien Thursday at 11a.m in the funeral home chapel.
