Peter John VAN'T HOF

VAN'T HOF, Peter John. Passed away on Monday, October 11, 2004, at forty-four years of age, at Scarborough Centenary Hospital. Beloved father of Zoe. He will be sadly missed by his wife Heather, mother Els (predeceased by his father Peter), sisters Winnifred (Gord), Jennifer (Dean), and brother Harry (Michelle). Fondly remembered by his many nieces, nephews, and the entire extended family from both the Baird and van't Hof families. Friends will be received at the "Scarborough Chapel" of McDougal & Brown Funeral Home, 2900 Kingston Rd (east of St. Clair Ave. E.) for visitation on Thursday, October 14 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. A funeral service will be held on Friday at the Church of the Master, 3385 Lawrence Ave. E., at 11 a.m. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Toronto Humane Society, in memory of Peter John.
