(nee Hammond) - “With a heart that loved and gave so freely and sweetly to others.“ - Peacefully at Sunrise Senior Living of Aurora, on Wednesday, September 10, 2008 in her 91st year, Margaret, beloved and devoted wife of N. Donald Hamilton for 62 years. Loving and much loved mother and mother-in-law of Jane and her husband Christopher Smith and John Hamilton. Fondly remembered by Jill McAlpine and Nancy Hamilton. Cherished and adored Grandma of Jason, Dillon and Roxanne Hamilton. Caring sister of the late Robert and Douglas Hammond. Dear sister-in-law of Margaret Hamilton McCabe and St Clair McCabe, Nora Hammond, Celia Hamilton (the late Frank) and Clara Hammond. She will be fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews, their families, extended family, friends and her “Angels“ at Sunrise. Funeral services have been held in care of THOMPSON FUNERAL HOME, Aurora.
