FRIEDRICH, Karl - Peacefully at Rouge Valley Health System, Ajax, on Sunday September 14, 2008. Karl Friedrich formerly of Peterborough in his 80th year. Husband of the late Jenny Friedrich. Dear father of Gordon (Mary) of Woodbridge, Debbie (Bruce Lewis) of Brampton and Corina (Ken Hull) of Ajax. Loving Opa of Christopher, Laura, Brendan and Meghan. Brother of Heiner (Carola) of Stuttgart, Germany. Friends will be received at the NISBETT FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 600 Monaghan Rd. S. Peterborough, from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. Wednesday. A funeral service to celebrate Karl's life will be held in the Nisbett Chapel on Thursday September 18, 2008 at 11:30 a.m. Pastor Karen Bowen officiating. Interment at Rosemount Memorial Gardens followed by a reception in the Nisbett Reception Centre. If desired, memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society in memory of his beloved Jenny would be appreciated. Although he will be sadly missed by his family, we take comfort knowing he is once again reunited forever with his wife.
