ILES, Ethel - Peacefully at the Grey Bruce Health Services in Owen Sound on Saturday afternoon September 13, 2008. In her 94th year, Ethel Iles (nee Carr), beloved wife of the late Wilfred George Iles. Loving mother of Winnifred (Mrs. Ernie Kane), Marlene and her husband Bert Albert), all of Calgary, Alberta, William Iles and his wife Marlene, of Sault Ste. Marie, and Dennis Iles and his wife Elizabeth, of Etobicoke. Loving grandmother of Jacquelin, Boyd, Kevin, Christine, Rhonda, Kerri, Kelli, Sandra, Murray, Stacey, Billy and Katherine and twelve great grandchildren. Fondly remembered by her nieces and nephews. Predeceased by three sisters Mildred (Mrs. Jack Jamieson), Annie (Mrs. Cecil Swain) and Margaret (Mrs. Clarence Marquis), by seven brothers Henry, William, Earl, Howard, George, Russell and Clarence. Friends may call at the BRECKENRIDGE- ASHCROFT FUNERAL HOME on Tuesday September 16, 2008 from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm. A funeral service will be held at the Owen Sound Salvation Army Citadel on Wednesday morning September 17, 2008 at 11 am. Interment in Greenwood Cemetery. Captain Colin Bain officiating.
