BURLI, Sylvia Cleo (nee Baulne) - Passed away peacefully Saturday, September 6, 2008 at home surrounded by family. Predeceased by husband Tino Burli, partner Antoine Gignac, Son Wayne, infant daughter Teresa, and baby boy. Survived by children Lorraine (Wilson), Joe (Pam), Tina (Byron), Pam (Steve), Art (Rose), Tony, Tino (Cheryl), Richard, Nina (Brian), and Chris. Grandchildren Justine, Travis, Brittany, Adam, Courtney, Cobi, Christina, Jesse, Willy, Haley, Sully, Devon, Nicole, Brandon, Sierra, and Payton, and great- grandchildren Jordan, Emma, and Hunter. The family would like to thank the staff in the Palliative Care Unit at Northumberland Hills Hospital for their wonderful care. We would also like to thank the staff from St. Elizabeth, RNS Christine and Tammy, who made our journey less of a hardship and warmed us with their support, caring, and going the extra for us. The support workers who made Mom's last days more dignified and comfortable. Great thanks to Father Randy for making Mom's passage into God's arms more peaceful. Thank you to Dr. Moorsom for his professional and personal assistance in allowing Mom's final wish of passing at home with family a reality.
