MARTIN, Hilda Kathleen “Kay“ - Passed away at the Soldiers' Memorial Hospital, Orillia on Thursday, September 4, 2008; age 87 years, of Oak Terrace, Orillia and formerly of Coldwater. Beloved wife of the late Danny Martin (August 1992). Loving mother of Karen & her husband Tony L'ami of Oakville, Jennifer & her husband Bill Cooper of Coldwater, Randy & his wife Sandy of Severn Falls, and the late Brian. Dear mother- in-law of Marcy Martin of New Brunswick. Loved grandmother of Michael, Marcus, Danielle, Michelle, Tara, Jack, Kaylee, Bonnie Sue, and Jeffrey. Dear sister of Eileen Lain of Burlington, and Victor Lutz of Redcliff, Alberta. Predeceased by her brothers Oscar Lutz, Paul Lutz, and by her sister Shirley Preece. Kay was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #270, Coldwater; Life Member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the R.C.L. Branch #270, Coldwater; member of the North River Women's Institute; and a former member of the Riverside Senior's. The family will honour her life with a visitation at the COLDWATER FUNERAL HOME, 22 Sturgeon Bay Road, Coldwater (686-3344) on Monday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. The funeral service will be held at St. Matthias Anglican Church, Coldwater on Tuesday, September 9th at 1 p.m. The Ladies Auxiliary of the R.C.L. Branch #270 will hold a service at the funeral home on Monday evening at 6:45 pm.
