PASSMORE, Harold V. Peacefully at the Miramichi Lodge, Pembroke with family by his side on July 21, 2008. Harold (Hal) Passmore, former Manager of Mutual Life of Canada, in his 95th year. Beloved husband of the late Claire Irene (nee Jeffrey) Passmore, who predeceased him in February of 2006. Dear father of Helen-Ann Stuart (John) of Eganville, Ontario, Eleanor Glennie (Jim) of Perthshire, Scotland and Jeff Passmore (Ewa) of Ottawa. Fondly remembered by seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Predeceased by his brother Tom and sisters Lillian Beaton and Dell Hanson. Family and friends may pay their respects at the Irvine Funeral Home and Chapel, 4 James Street East, Brockville on Tuesday, August 26, 2008 from 12:30 to 2:00 p.m. A celebration of Hal's life will be held in the Chapel at 2:00 p.m. followed by a reception. Cremation has taken place at Roselawn Crematorium. Private interment will take place at Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Maitland.
