Maureen Gertrude HEANEY

FORRESTER, Maureen Gertrude (nee Heaney). We announce with profound sorrow the passing of Maureen Forrester on August 24, 2008, peacefully in her sleep after a courageous battle with cancer. Beloved wife of the late Bernard Forrester, she leaves to mourn her children: Susan (Christophe Claviere), Anne (Michel Bertrand), Stephen (Liette Proulx) and Maureen (Michael Howard), her cherished grandchildren: Amanda, Stephen, Jessica, Emily, Michelle, Mary-Lynn, Spencer, Fiona and Holly and many family and friends. Special thanks to her sister-in-law, Viola Heaney for her wonderful support during her illness. The family will receive condolences at: on Tuesday, August 26, 2008 from 7 to 9 p.m., Wednesday, August 27 from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Thursday, August 28 from 9 a.m., followed by a service at 10 a.m. at Holy Name of Jesus Church, 899 Chomedey Blvd., Laval. thence to Notre-Dame-des-Neiges Cemetery. Sincere thanks are extended to the nurses of 5 main of St. Mary's Hospital and Herron House for their exceptional care and compassion.
