Winnifred Annie MERLIN

MOHR, Winnifred Annie (nee Merlin) Passed away peacefully in her sleep at West End Villa on Sunday, July 20, 2008 in her 98th year. Winnifred was predeceased by her husband Harry Mohr, sisters Mabel, Lila, Maggie, Lillian, Hazel, Sylvia and brother Ernest. She leaves her son Stuart (Jean) of Comox, B.C., grandchildren Stephen (Samantha) of Bermuda and Kristen of Ferguson Falls, and great-grandchildren Samantha and Stuart of Quyon, P.Q. She will be missed by Sandra Mohr of Ottawa, Brenda Greenshield of Quyon, many nieces and nephews and by all those whose lives she touched. A celebration of Winnifred's life will be held at the Garden Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 3440 Richmond Road, Nepean (between Bayshore Dr. and Baseline Road) on Friday, August 29, 2008 at 2 p.m. Inurnment at Mohr's Cemetery, on Saturday morning at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
