YORKE, Thelma (nee Ramsay) Peacefully in hospital on Monday, August 25th after a courageous battle with cancer. Devoted wife of 54 years to Frank. Loving mother to Mary Jane and Catherine (Denis). Sweetest Nanny to Martyne (Noel) and Saskia (Patrick) and beloved Great-Grandma to Kalen. Survived by her sister Muriel and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by brothers Eddie, Fred, Bobby and Stanley Ramsay. Friends may pay respects at Kelly Funeral Home, 2370 St. Joseph Blvd. (Orleans), after 1 p.m. on Friday, August 29th. A Service in Memory of Thelma will be held in the Chapel at 2 p.m. The family extends their appreciation to Doctors Gratton, Douek and Lessard and the staff at the Montfort Hospital. A special thanks to Imogene and Sandra of CNRO for their compassionate care. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Ottawa Regional Cancer Foundation.
