BARNHART, Wayne Lawrence “Barney“ - After a courageous battle passed away on Thursday September 25th, 2008 at the Greater Niagara General Hospital at the age of 59 years. Beloved husband of Karen (Alderson) Barnhart. Loving step-father of Jennifer, Sarah and Daniel Joncas. Dear brother of Paul Barnhart and his wife Joyce. Brother-in-law of Ernie Lapp (Patricia) Also surviving are many nieces, nephews and cousins. Predeceased by his parents Helen and Samuel Barnhart and his sister Sandra Lapp.At Wayne's personal request, cremation has taken place. Friends are invited to a memorial visitation at HETHERINGTON AND DEANS FUNERAL CHAPEL, Niagara Falls 905-354-5614, on Wednesday from 2-4 p.m. A Memorial Service will follow the visitation in the chapel at 4 p.m. As an expression of sympathy, in memoriam contributions to the GNGH - Unit C. would be appreciated by the family.
