CAMPANER, Louis Peter - Passed away peacefully, with his loving family at his side, at the Greater Niagara General Hospital on Tuesday September 30, 2008 at the age of 88. Beloved husband of 60 years to Frances (Martin) Campaner. Dearly loved father of Brenda (Ray) Hicks, Richard (Brigid) Campaner, Vincent (Carol) Campaner and Catherine (Randy) Scott and father-in-law of Judith Campaner. Cherished and much loved Nonno of Lisa Murray, Michael Hicks, Matthew, Phillip, Kristen, Brian, Colleen, Mark, Kevin and Morgan Campaner, David and Craig Scott and Great-Nonno of Alexander Murray. Dear brother of Doreen (Alfred) Bevilacqua, Anita (Phil) Colosimo and Nibe (Dorothy) Campaner. Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Giovanni and Augusta and his brother Anibale. Friends are invited to call at the PATTERSON FUNERAL HOME, 6062 Main St. visiting Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday at 1:00 p.m. at St. Patrick's Church. The Rite of Committal will follow at Fairview Cemetery. In memory of Mr. Campaner donations in lieu of flowers to the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated by his family.
