Mary Rose BOLZ

GRAY, Mary Rose Passed away at the Foothills Hospital on September 6, 2008 at the age of 80 years. Mary is survived by her three sons, Donald (Pauline) Gray, Kenneth Gray, Kelvin Gray (Virginia Grussani), and her two grandchildren, Jason and Ryan Gray, all of Calgary. She is also survived by two sisters and a brother, Ann Lees of Calgary, Rose Wenzel and Joe Bolz, both of Medicine Hat. She is predeceased by her loving husband Auldon "Bud" Gray. Mary grew up on a farm near Compeer, Alberta. At the age of nineteen she moved to Calgary, married and raised a family. Mary particularly enjoyed vacationing in the mountain and lake areas of British Columbia when the family was young. For more than twenty years Mary was a patron of the Calgary Philharmonic Orchestra Concert series, from which she derived much pleasure, first attending with her husband and then in later years with her sons. Mary will be lovingly remembered by family and friends. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Luke's Catholic Church (1566 Northmount Drive N.W., Calgary), on Saturday September 13, 2008 at 12:45 p.m. with Rev. David Meadows, Celebrant.
