Margaret HASPECK

HASPECK, Margaret Feb 12, 1936- Sept 9, 2008 Retired Sears Canada Peacefully following a courageous battle with cancer. Predeceased by her loving husband Roger and her brother Brian (Zoe). She is survived by her loving step-daughter Nancy (John) and step-son Roger (Betty Anne). Loving Granny to grandchildren Christianne and Daniel and great-grandchildren Niki and Stephanie who will sadly miss her. Dear sister of Joyce (Roy) of England and Patricia (Ken) of Australia and their families. Will be fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews, extended family and friends in England, Australia and Ottawa. She will be sadly missed by her best friend Maureen Sullivan and many friends who knew her. Friends are invited to visit at the St. Laurent Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 1200 Ogilvie Road at Aviation Parkway on Friday, September 12 after 2 pm until time of Memorial Service in the Chapel at 2:30 pm. In lieu of flowers donations to the Hospice at May Court, 114 Cameron Avenue, Ottawa, K1S 0Z1 would be appreciated. Many thanks to the nurses and volunteers at the Hospice at May Court for their wonderful care and compassion while Margaret was in her final weeks.
