JACOBS, Willem September 1, 1953 - September 14, 2008 Willem Jacobs passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 14, 2008 at the age of 55 years. His brave battle with cancer was an inspiration to us all. Willem is survived by his wife Johanna, son Wynand and wife Michelle, son Nico and wife Sami, father Wynand and mother Anna, brother Wynand, brother Hendrik and wife Karen, and sister-in-law Susan. A Memorial Service will be held Thursday, September 18, 2008 at Emanuel Christian Reformed Church (3020 - 51 Street S.W.) at 3:00 p.m. Condolences may be forwarded to the family through www.commemorativeservices.ca .
