Joan FINDLAY

FINDLAY, Joan. Beloved wife of Paul Shanahan. Cherished mother of Sarah, Meaghan and Kevin. Loving daughter of Irene and Victor Findlay, sister to Carol Monty. She died peacefully at home amongst family and friends on September 23, 2008. She will be missed by all who have been blessed to know her. Visitation will be held at the Rideau Funeral Home, 4275 Sources Blvd., D.D.O., 514-685-3344, on Thursday, September 25 from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. A funeral service will take place on Friday, September 26, 2008 at 2 p.m. in the Rideau Chapel with visitation starting at 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Segal Cancer Center c/o The Jewish General Hospital.
