Finn SULLIVAN

SULLIVAN, Finn Mason On October 9, 2008 we lost a little boy who touched so many lives. His courage, strength, and determination amazed all who knew his story. His gentle heart and sweet voice touched those closest to him. Left to hold Finn in their hearts are mom (Samantha Mason) and dad (Patrick Sullivan), big sister Sarah, dear brother and best friend Baird, grandma and grandpa (Tom and Bertha Sullivan of Finch), Gampy and Diane Gignac (Robert Mason of Montreal), many aunts and uncles and cousins, and many many friends. Now looking after and dancing with Finn is dearest Gammy (Wendy Mason). Although there are too many wonderful doctors and nurses to name here, Finn's family would like to dearly thank everyone at BC Children's Hospital and Canuck Place (as well as the MGH and SHMC) who helped Finn be Finn along the way.
