ROBBINS, (Melville) Leo (WWII Veteran, Past President of Royal Canadian Legion Branch #34, Orillia, Holder of Meritorious Service Medal) - Passed away at the Orillia Soldiers' Memorial Hospital on Tuesday, October 7th, 2008; in his 85th Year. Leo, beloved husband of the late Muriel Robbins (nee Tobutt). Loving father of Carol and Wayne MacIntosh of Orillia, Susan and Keith Bluer of Aurora, David Robbins and Pam of Orillia and Mary Lou Robbins and Tom Schnurr of Kitchener. Cherished grandfather of Leah and Mark Clancy, Blake MacIntosh and Casie Coleman, Caroline and James Amundson, Meaghan Bluer, Krista and Michael Garland, Kailea Robbins, Chad Robbins, Brock Parker and Kyle Parker. Special great grandfather of Zachary and Hallie Clancy, Jocelyn and Kaelyn Amundson. The family will receive friends for Memorial Visitation at the Mundell Funeral Home, 79 West St. N, Orillia from 12 o'clock Friday, October 10, 2008 until time of Legion Service at 1 o'clock immediatey followed by Memorial Service in the chapel. All members of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #34, Orillia are asked to gather at the Funeral Home on Friday at 1 o'clock.
