MEDLAND, Ross - Passed away peacefully at home with family by his side on October 10, 2008 after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Beloved husband of Sheila (nee Johnson). Dear father to Shelley Young (Chris) and Darcy (Pamela). Cherished Poppy to Ava Elizabeth Medland and Gavin Wilson Ross Young. Visitation was held at the Taylor Funeral Home, “Newmarket Chapel“, 524 Davis Drive (905)898-2100 on Tuesday, October 14, 2008 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a funeral service in the Chapel on Wednesday, October 15 at 1 p.m. Private family burial in Owen Sound at a later date.
