MONTEITH, Margaret Anne (nee Wood) Passed away peacefully at Fairview Lodge, Whitby, ON, on Friday October 17, 2008. Margaret in her 86th year. Beloved wife of the late Herbert. Dear mother of Ian Motheith, Anne Monteith and the late Gordon Monteith. Dear sister of Agnes Rpbertson, Jean Densmore, Betty Smart and the late Vida Chambers, Ian Wood and George Wood. Margaret held a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Honours, Cum Laude), was the winner of the Dufour Art Award, and was retired public servant from the National Defence Department, Special Investigations Unit. Resting at the ARMSTRONG FUNERAL HOME, 124 King Street East, Oshawa with complete funeral service in the Chapel on Monday October 20, 2008 at 7 p.m. Interment St. Paul's Anglican Cemetery, Columbus.
