ROSSITER, John - It is with saddened hearts that we announce John's passing with his children and Judy (nee Swartz) his wife and caregiver at his side, at the Welland County Hospital on October 27th, 2008 in his 72nd year. Proud father of Mike (Sue), Geoff (Lou) and Karl (Val). Sadly missed by his chosen daughters, Lorri (Adam), Patti (Mike), Terri (Grant), Georgi (John) and Stevi (Joey). Cherished grandfather of 20 and great grandfather of 4. Loving brother of Margie of England. Much loved uncle to Marie and Jeanette and great uncle to Scott, Jessica and Liam. John will be fondly remembered by the members of the Swartz family, Bonnie (Doug), Lois (Joe), Greg, Benny (Al), John (Shirley), Tim (Joan), Debbie (Mike), Jeff (Dorothy), Jim (Nancy), Guy (Charlene) and Tracey (Roger). He will always be remembered by his many wonderful friends and extended family including Irene. Predeceased by John & Anne Rossiter, Tom & Eloise Swartz, Bill, Fred, Margie, Herbie and many others. In England John was employed as a Marine Engineer, working aboard ship for many years. In Canada, he worked as a Millwright /Machinist most recently with Irvin Industries in Fort Erie. We will always remember, his devotion to family, his love of music and guitar playing and the joy he brought to our lives.
