HARMER, Elijah St. Clair “Clair“ - Passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 25, 2008 at the Freeport Health Centre of the Grand River Hospital, Kitchener. Clair Harmer of Plattsville in his 92nd year. Beloved husband of June (Charles) Harmer who predeceased him August 11, 2007. Dear father of Charles of Orillia and Lyle of Vail, Colorado. Survived by his sister-in-law Orpha Harmer of Kitchener. Predeceased by his brothers Rex, Jay, Jack and sisters Doreen Graham and Audrey Leifer. Clair was a member of the Plattsville United Church, was a member of the Plattsville Young at Heart. Clair was a partner for many years in Harmer Brothers of Plattsville and took on many community involvements over the years and became a very well respected citizen of Plattsville. Relatives and friends may call at the GLENDINNING FUNERAL HOME 40 William St., Plattsville on Friday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be conducted in the Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday November 1, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. Rev.
