Smith, Donald Edward, Mr. September 1, 1937 - August 30, 2008 At Bradford Valley on August 30, 2008, just two days before his 71st birthday, we lost a kind, gentle, caring person. He endured much over the last few years but kept his sense of humour to the end. He will be truly missed by his wife, Joanne, his daughter, Lisa, his son, Randy, and his granddaughter, Skye. He was like a son to his mother and father-in-law, Joan and Murray Quinn. His sister-in-law, Dianne, his nephews, Frank and Jeff (Carol Ann) and his great-niece Ashley and great-nephew, Tyson will miss him also. He leaves behind his brothers, Ross and Bruce. He was predeceased by his brother, Murray and his sister, Shirley. He will also be missed by his god-daughter, Angeline. He enjoyed his 32 years as a school bus driver for the North York Board of Education. Friends may visit the Taylor Funeral Home "Newmarket Chapel" at 524 Davis Drive (905) 898-2100 from 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. on Friday, September 5th and from 1 p.m. - 2 p.m. before the service at 2 p.m. on Saturday, September 6th, 2008.
