Maurice HILKO

HILKO, Maurice - At the NHS-General site on Monday, November 10, 2008 in his 81st year. Beloved husband of Maryan for 56 years. Loving father of Debra Wayland (Bill) of St. Catharines, Diane Hilko (Jim Daley) of Calgary and Linda Hilko of Thorold. He will be greatly missed by his grandchildren Matthew Wayland (Carrie), Adam Wayland and his great-granddaughter Lily Ann Wayland. Maurice was predeceased by his brother Joseph and sister Anne Sapienza. Mr. Hilko was retired from his own custom woodworking business. He also worked at the Port Weller Dry Docks and at the Piller & Post. Mr. Hilko is at the NIAGARA ST. CHAPEL of BUTLER FUNERAL HOME, 424 Niagara St. (south of Scott) where the family will receive friends on Wednesday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Thursday, November 13, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. followed by cremation.
