EARISH, Jean - (Former Member of the Royal Auxillary, Royal Victoria Hospital, Barrie) (Former Member of the Soroptimist Club, Barrie) - Peacefully at the Royal Victoria Hospital in Barrie on Sunday, November 9th, 2008. Jean Earish of Barrie in her 87th year. Beloved wife of the late Doug Earish. Loving mother of Doug Jr. and his wife Sandee of Barrie and the late Jane Hiles. Loving grandmother of Janine (Rick), Jocelyn (Ken), Laura-Leigh (Brian), Christopher, Randon, Ryan and the late Zane and great-grandmother of 8 great- grandchildren. Sadly missed by her step- sister Joan McConnel and by her sister-in- law Elvina Drysdale. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. At the family's request, there will be no visitation or service. Cremation will take place followed by interment of ashes at Barrie Union Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to the Jennett Chapel of the McCLELLAND & SLESSOR FUNERAL HOME, 152 Bradford Street in Barrie.
