LANG, Evelyn Peacefully with her daughter by her side at the Elisabeth Bruyere Continuing Care Hospital in Ottawa on Wednesday October 29, 2008 age 67 years. Beloved wife of the late Denzel Parks. Cherished mother of Debra Ackland (Ben Roy) of Ottawa. Dear sister of Glenda Vanier (late Eugene), Archie Lang (Shirley) all of Berwick and Marge Dingwall (John) of Long Sault. Sadly missed by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews and many friends. Predeceased by her parents Wilfred and Alice (Burd) Lang and one sister Melva Alice Lang. Cremation. Visitation will be held at the Brownlee Funeral Home, 18 Front Street Finch on Monday from 11 a.m. until 12:45 p.m. A service in celebration of Evelyn Lang's Life will be held at the Funeral Home on Monday November 3, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. Reverend Lois Gaudet officiating. Committal service at Maple Ridge Cemetery in Chesterville, In lieu of flowers, as expressions of sympathy, memorial donations to the Ottawa-Carleton Regional Cancer Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
