BEYER, Paul Francis - Peacefully at the North Bay General Hospital, Scollard Site on Sunday, November 16th, 2008 in his 85th year. Paul Francis Beyer (World War II Veteran) of Pembroke, beloved husband of the late Florence Beyer (nee Mathias). Loving father of Diane (Maywood) Burger of Pembroke, Steven (Cecile) of Corbeil and Brenda Lavoie (Wayne Bresseau) of Pembroke. Loving grandpa to Christopher, Charlene, Nedine, Candace, Tracy, Tanya and Blain. Dear brother of Leonard, Martin, Delores Beyer, and Clara Gardner. Predeceased by parents Martin and Mary Beyer (nee Holderny), by son Paul Beyer Jr., by brothers Peter, Elmer, Gordon and Tom Beyer, and by sister Margaret Jassen. Also survived by 7 great grandchildren. Visitation at the NEVILLE FUNERAL HOME, 491 Isabella Street, Pembroke on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at The Church of the Most Holy Name of Jesus, Pembroke on Wednesday, November 19th, 2008 at 11 a.m. Interment St. Columba's Cemetery, Pembroke. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Ontario Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
