Mr. Grant Hilmer Quist July 10, 1954 - August 14, 2008 - QUIST, Grant H. July 10th, 1954 - August 14th, 2008 On August 14th, 2008, Grant Quist passed away suddenly at the age of 54 years. Grant is survived by his daughters, Cara and Kristi; his mother, Lil; his granddaughter, Kamryn; his brother, Don (Maureen); his sister, Janice (Mike) Breen; his nephews, Dylan and Jake; his nieces, Carly, Bronwyn and Rhiannon as well as many extended family members and friends. He is predeceased by his father, Vern. A Celebration of Grant's Life will be held on Wednesday, August 20th, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. at Sherwood Park Alliance Church, 1011 Cloverbar Road, Sherwood Park, Alberta. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Grant may be made to The Sport Central Association, 11847 Wayne Gretzky Drive North, Edmonton, Alberta T5B 1Y2 or The University of Alberta Hospital's Neurology Clinic.
