Robert Jerome "Bob" BERKOVICH October 30, 1951 - October 20, 2008 - BERKOVICH Robert “Bob” Jerome Berkovich, age 56, of Beaverbank (Lower Sackville), passed away suddenly at his home on Monday, October 20th, 2008. Born in Ottawa, Ontario, on October 30th, 1951, he was the son of the late Serge and Maria (Laurencic) Berkovich. Bob was a former member of the Canadian Armed Forces, for 35 years. Robert is survived by his sister, Judith Berkovich, Grande Prairie, Alberta; brothers, Karlo Berkovich, Kitchener, Ontario; Edward Berkovich, Salt Lake City, Utah, USA; and John Berkovich, Kitchener, Ontario; he was a loving uncle of Mark and Scott. He also will be sadly missed by numerous members of his extended family and by his friends. Bob was predeceased by his parents, Serge and Maria; and by his loving wife, Ann Margaret (Rawding). Cremation has taken place under the care of Lindsay's Windsor Funeral Home, 194 King Street, Windsor. Memorial service will be held at 4 p.m. Friday, October 31st, 2008, in Lindsay’s Windsor Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Father Michael J. Walsh officiating. Interment will be at St. John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Cemetery, Wiley Avenue, Windsor.
