Mr. Emidio "Tony" Di Bacco - November 18, 2008 - Di Bacco, Emidio "Tony" Di Bacco, Emidio “Tony” It is with great sorrow that the family of Tony Di Bacco announces his passing on Tuesday November 18, 2008 after a lengthy illness. Tony is lovingly remembered by the family he cherished, wife of 48 years Annita; children Sam (Anna), Leo (Bibi); grandchildren Amanda, Leila and Raihanna; and brothers Attilio (Ena) and Osvaldo (Marisa). Tony was predeceased by his parents Salvatore and Emilia Di Bacco. Many thanks to the health care providers at Princess Margaret, Trillium, and Toronto Western Hospitals. Family will receive friends at Scott Funeral Home, Mississauga Chapel, 420 Dundas St. E., Mississauga (one block west of Cawthra Rd.) on Thursday November 20th and Friday November 21st from 5 – 9pm. Funeral Mass will be held at Sts. Martha & Mary Roman Catholic Church, 1870 Burnhamthorpe Rd., Mississauga on Saturday at 10am. Entombment Assumption Cemetery. In memory of Tony, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
