Mrs. Doreen Mary Wood December 26, 1921 - November 26, 2008 - WOOD Doreen "Mary" 86 years, of Oakville and formerly of Kirkland, Quebec and Chatham, passed away at Vision Nursing Home in Sarnia, on Wednesday, November 26, 2008. Beloved wife of John Edward Wood for 63 years. Sadly missed by daughter Stephanie Trothen and son-in-law Bryan of Sarnia. Also survived by sister-in-law Mildred Wood of Quebec and serveral nieces and nephews. Predeceased by a brother Stephen Walsh and sister-in-law Barbara Walsh and brother-in-law Mervil Glenn Wood. A private funeral service will be held at the Bowman Funeral Home, 4 Victoria Avenue, Chatham, (519-352-2390) on Monday, December 1, 2008. Interment at Maple Leaf Cemetery, Chatham.
