SHORTT, James Jim MacLaren (WWII Veteran) - passed away at the Belleville General Hospital on Thursday, November 13th, 2008, Jim Shortt of Belleville was 85 years old. Son of the late Edward and Elizabeth Shortt. Loving husband of Dorothy Shortt (nee Hansey). Dear brother of Isabelle Strahan (Bob) of Belleville. Survived by his sister-in-law Fern Hansey. Lovingly remembered by his many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Predeceased by his sister Anita Flindall (late husband Douglas) and brother Ronald Shortt (late wife June). Friends are invited to call at the JOHN R. BUSH FUNERAL HOME, 80 Highland Ave., Belleville (613- 968-5588) on Saturday, November 15th, 2008 from 1-2 pm.
