SAVARD, Richard Roger George - In loving memory of Richard Roger George Savard, 62 years, who passed away Monday, December 29th, 2008 at the Sudbury Regional Hospital-Laurentian Site. Beloved husband of Leona (Lariviere) Savard of Sudbury. Loving son of Roy and Emerentienne (Gaudrault) Savard both predeceased. Dear brother of Robert predeceased (wife Aline), Roy, Ronald (wife Urma), Normand (wife Doreen), Jacques (wife Heather), Guy (wife Lise), Claudette (husband Claude Hurtubise), Pauline (husband Lloyd Gaudette), Diane predeceased (husband Richard Vendette), Aline and Lise (husband Howard Russel). Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Born in Sudbury, he worked as a welder for many years. Richard loved the outdoors, fishing, hunting and spending time at his camp on Red Deer Lake. He enjoyed his computer and was an avid wrestling fan. At Richard's request there will be no public visitation or service. Cremation. Donations to the Cancer Center would be appreciated.
