He will be greatly missed by his wife, Brigid Riendeau; his nine children and their spouses, Margaret (Ren Savage), Hugh (Marijke Jelijs), Albert, Brideen (Michael Ryan), Alexandra (Robert Evershed), John (Ori Ando), David (Jennie Kimpel), Jeremiah (Candace Mahabir), and Matthew (Isabelle Carrier); his twenty-three cherished grandchildren, Patrick, Jesse, Marilee, Jeremy, Benjamin, Liam, Julian, Samuel; Zachary, David, Sarah, Jacob, Nicholas, Alexandra, Paul, Michael, Thomas, Madeleine, Baby Boy, Brendan, Killian, Genevive and Andre-Ann; his brothers and sisters, Rita (late Edward Egan), John, Al (Donna Marie McNeil), and Joan Kane; his brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Richard (Amelia Cappelli), Albert (Madeleine Poirier), Robert (Ursula Green), David (Linda McKenna), and Leonard (Janice Dugay) Riendeau; and many dear cousins, nieces and nephews and good friends. The family will receive friends and relatives at Lepine Cloutier Funeral Home, 975, Marguerite-Bourgeois, Quebec City, on Friday, December 19, from 7 to 10 p.m., and Saturday, December 20, from 9 to 10:30 a.m., followed by the Funeral Mass, which will be celebrated at St. Stephen's and St. Vincent's Chapel, 2160, Marie Victorin, Sillery, at 11 a.m. and burial at St. Patrick's Cemetery.
