WHELAN, Joseph L. "Lou" A Proud Veteran November 3, 1921 - December 26, 2008 Peacefully at home, surrounded by the love of his family. Much loved husband of Carmen Carriere and dear father of John (Paula). Cherished Poppa of Callie. Also survived by his brother Roy (Stella). A private memorial will be held at a later date.
