LESPERANCE, Bernard - Passed away peacefully at the Royal Victoria Hospital on Friday December 26, 2008, in his 78th year. Bernard, cherished husband of Lucille. Loving father of Pauline Samida (John ), Linda James ( Keith ), Carol Buchanan ( Tim ) and Andrew ( Carla ). Loving pepere to Adam James, Andrea Bent, Daren Buchanan and Emily Samida and his extended grandchildren Ronnie, Lucy and Anthony. Predeceased by grandchildren Erin and Jake Samida. Proud great pepere to Mason Tamarah, Jacob and Isaac. Brother of Ferdinand, Honore, Leo, Alda, Gus, Gildore , Edna and Gerald. Predeceased by brother Roland. Bernard will be sadly missed by his many friends and extended family. Friends may call at the STECKLEY-GOODERHAM Funeral Home, Clapperton and Worsley Streets, Barrie on Monday December 29th from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at the St. Mary's Church 65Amelia St., Barrie on Tuesday December 30th at 10:00am . In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Canadian Council of the Blind or the Canadian Diabetes Association in Bernard's Memory. Interment St. Mary's Cemetery.
