WELLER, Jean - At Mount Sinai Hospital on Monday, November 8, 2004. Loving wife of the late Ted. Survived by her sons Jake and Jeff, granddaughters Melissa, Belinda, and Jessica, grandson Christopher, great-grandson Dutch and daughters-in-law Donna and Nicky. In accordance with Jean's wishes, there will be a private memorial with the immediate family only.
