IRVINE,Irene 2009-01-07 It is with great sadness that I announce the passing away of my dear Mother, Irene Irvine on December 12, 2008. She was a beautiful person, had many friends and served faithfully as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses for over 55 years. She was the perfect Mother and I miss her so much. Her death was unexpected but peaceful. She was in her 95th year. Special thanks to my friend Barry Brophy for his attentiveness over the years in helping Mom find her "lost" glasses, taking her to appointments and treats afterwards. Mom lived at the Chartwell Retirement Home on Arundel Street for the past 18 months where the management & staff & residents were so good to her.
