Lillian Alberta JOHNSTON

YOUNG, Lillian Alberta - Passed away peacefully at the Grey Bruce Health Services, Markdale Site on Wednesday, December 24, 2008 in her 96th year. The former Lillian Alberta Johnston was the beloved wife of the late William “Bill” Young (1985). She will be sadly missed by her loving children and their spouses: Lois (Allan) Saltonoski and Lola (Bill) Neelands. Lillian was predeceased by her two sons Ted (2000) and Lloyd (1998) as well by her brothers Reg, Willis, Chris, Clarence, Gerald, Alvin, Hughie and a sister Wilda Neil. Also survived by brothers Merel and Keith. Her memory will be cherished in the hearts of her 8 granchildren, 13 great- grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren. Friends will be received at the CURRIE FUNERAL HOME for visitation on Saturday afternoon only from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m., where the funeral service will be conducted on Sunday afternoon at 2:30 p.m. Rev. Roseanne Judge officiating. Spring interment will take place at the McLeans cemetery in Bognor.
