ZALOBA, George - It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of George Zaloba, peacefully in St. Catharines on Sunday, December 14, 2008, at the age of 82. Dear father of John, Irene Paulo (Rob) and Peter. Cherished grandfather of Dana, Melissa, Lindsey, Tyler, Kris, Ashley and great-grandfather of Gavin, Logan, Liam and Cayden. Predeceased by wife Zora and daughter Mary. Visitation at STONEHOUSE-WHITCOMB FUNERAL HOME, 11 Mountain Street, Grimsby (905- 945-2755) on Wednesday from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at St. George's Ukrainian Orthodox Church, 19 Ontario Street, Grimsby on Thursday, December 18, 2008 at 10 a.m. with Father Michael Pograniczny officiating.
