Cherished son of Bob and Kim Mewhinney of Southampton. Much loved brother of Melissa of Toronto and Sarah of Southampton. Dear grandson of William and Peggy Reynolds of Southampton. Billy will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by his many aunts, uncles, cousins, by his friends of his communities and by those who shared his sports interests.
