ROBINSON, T. Jack - Passed away peacefully with his family by his side, at Hillcrest Village in Midland on Monday January 5, 2009 in his 90th year. Predeceased by his loving wife Rae (nee Coutts). Dear father of Jacqueline (Bruce), Donna (Mike), Karen (Garnet), Murray, Gwen (Peter) and Kim (Robin). Special Grandpa to Angela (Tom), Ryan, Jodie (Derin), Jeremy, Jessica, Adam and Austin. Great Grandpa to Kamryn, Fallon, Sydney and Nylah. Jack will be sadly missed by his sisters Dora, Ruby and Bertha. Predeceased by his sister Alma and brother Lloyd. Jack farmed in Waverly for over 50 years, initially as a dairy farmer but in later years was known for his love of horses. The family will receive friends at the STECKLEY-GOODERHAM FUNERAL HOME (Clapperton and Worsley Streets) Barrie, on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service in the Chapel on Friday January 9, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. Spring interment Midhurst Union Cemetery. If so desired, memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or a charity of your choice would be appreciated. The family would like to thank all the staff at Hillcrest Village for their special care over the last 5 years. We also thank the doctors and staff in the Emergency Department at Huronia District Hospital for their care and kindness on New Year's Eve.
