COOKE, Max. On Tuesday, December 30, 2008, at the age of fifty-seven. Son of the late Hyman and the late Rebecca Cooke. Beloved brother and brother-in-law of Evelyn Cooke and Jack Bootsma. Cherished uncle of Arleeta and Bobby Moshonas, Laini and Mike Raffoul. He will be lovingly remembered by his great nieces, great nephews, family and friends.
