Anthony MCNAUGHT

McNAUGHT, Anthony "Tony" Tony McNaught died peacefully on January 1, 2009. Predeceased by his beloved Ena in May 2000, Tony leaves his daughters and their families to celebrate his life. Helen and Tim Goertz and Helen's daughter Jennifer McNulty; Janet and Bill Johnston and Janet's daughter Emma Macdonald. Tony also leaves his brother-in-law Jim and Marion Adamson. Tony was born in Elizabeth, N.J. on July 4, 1927 and raised in Bathgate, Scotland. Tony and Ena married in 1952, immigrating to Calgary in 1956. Tony worked for Irving Wire Products for thirty-three years, retiring in 1991. Tony's passions were his family, his home and garden, as well as dancing and travelling with Ena. A Memorial Service will be held at FOSTER'S GARDEN CHAPEL, 3220 - 4 Street N.W., Calgary (across from Queen's Park Cemetery) on Thursday, January 8, 2009 at 3:00 p.m. Helen and Janet would like to thank Dr. Paul Andersson for his devoted attention to Tony and Ena, and to Brentwood Care Centre for their compassionate care of Tony for the last two months.
